First night of three here on our honeymoon and let me just say we are already more than blown away by the overall experience of this hotel, beyond amazing customer service, unique and creative designs/ architecture/ decor everywhere you look in the room or on the way!! Overall a great hotel, very clean ,quiet and good location. They ran my card for an extra $160 and there wasn't much explanation except it was a glitch in their system I asked for manager but didn't get to speak to them. Outside of that nice hotel, beds were pretty comfy, air in room worked well.
Very nice room, but we found hair and dried blood on sheets. It was too late to really say anything when we saw it. The staff was nice rooms were nice and it in a great location with lots around
