I specifically chose this hotel and booked through the AMEX Travel website so I could earn points for the stay. During the reservation process, I added my AMEX card. I also completed online check-in through the link sent to my email and again entered my AMEX as the card for the stay. When I arrived, I was told a $200 hold was required for incidentals. We had such an unpleasant experience at this hotel. The last time we stayed, our room was never cleaned — not once. We even asked the front desk if they could at least bring us fresh towels, and they never did. The room was never serviced during our stay, but we chose not to complain at the time. This time, my boyfriend paid for two additional nights. The rooms are very nice, clean, well- priced, and the location is desirable! Parking may pose issues for some? There's only a handful of parking behind the hotel, the rest is a (very) little further in the "overflow"/ additional parking. This wasn't an issue for us as it's still an easy walk, but may present issues for others so figured it is noteworthy. There are EV Charge stations as well!
