Unfortunately, the stay was quite disappointing. As soon as you enter the property, there is a strong smell of cigarette smoke. During our stay, one of the guests was also smoking directly in front of the elevator and using a newspaper as an ashtray, which added to the unpleasant first impression. The room itself had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. Most concerning, after removing the duvet covers, we discovered crumbs underneath the covers. Rooms spacious, bathroom sink design is such that water splashes everywhere and it’s hard to rinse out the sink. Our shower pressure was extremely strong which some of our party found unpleasant. Enjoyed the coffee. Biggest disappointment was paying $50 for a pup package and learning upon check-in, the package isn’t always available. It seems like they reluctantly agreed to bring a bed and a toy to our room but no bandanna. The pup package is a fancy way to sell their $50 pet cleaning fee.
