Moved out a few weeks ago only because I relocated to another city, but had no concerns whatsoever in the two years I lived here. Marge is the kindest person you could ask for at the front desk and goes out of her way to address any questions you have no matter how much she has on her plate!

I lived at Origin Apartments from June 2021 through March 2026 in a 753 sq ft unit, and my experience there was a mix of excellent on-site staff and very frustrating corporate pricing policies. First, the people who actually run the building deserve real credit. Marge in the leasing office was consistently outstanding. She was professional, kind, responsive, and treated residents like people rather than numbers. Anytime something came up she handled it quickly and respectfully. I absolutely loved living at the Origin. The location is ideal: there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance yet the building itself is nicely hidden away from Lake City Way. Management is really friendly, special shoutout to Marge, Mary Anne, and David. The shared spaces (24/7 gym, lounge, rooftop) are tidy and welcoming. I chose the Origin because of the dog area on the 2nd floor, so that I could take my dog out without leaving the building. The only downside is how narrow the parking spots are in the ... read more
