They’ve helped me with my treater resistant depression to the extent that I’m able to leave my house and socialize with others. Very well informed and empathetic provider. Being an esketamine (spravato) center was a great bonus. Highly recommended psychiatric services.
Very unprofessional, long hold times. 3 weeks waiting for a response on a simple consult. When they promised to call within a week and didn't. i had to reach 3 weeks later and have them try so set an appointment (they forgot about me). And for that they took 2 extra days to even respond. This is ridiculous. Go somewhere else for actual professional care.
Dr. Usmanova has done an exceptional job! She listens intently and discusses a well thought out treatment plan that addresses your concerns.
