There are few other dining experiences that are as catered to solo diners as a handroll bar. In addition to tables, counter seating is available. A tablet is also provided that you can use to order. I’m a sucker for a good piece of tuna, and there were many tuna options available. Ironically, I enjoyed the more affordable options more than I did the pricier ones. The 5 hand roll special with yuzu sauce is great! The skewers are tasty too. Also, the yuzu refresher was delicious! The service was incredibly courteous and helpful. The afternoon ambiance is very nice with their contemporary layout and interesting fish lanterns hanging from the ceiling.
Origami is such a good spot for date night, girls dinner, or just grabbing a bite after shopping since it’s located at del amo mall. The hand rolls are big, fish is fresh, and every kushiyaki was grilled to perfection. The yuzu sosu and kizami wasabi are a must. Katie and Jay took such great care of us. Can’t wait to go back!
