Fantastic! They did a wonderful job restoring an heirloom rug. Very easy to work with and I was even able to communicate questions via text. It was very cool to learn about the history of the rug and you can tell how passionate they are about what they do.

Having just moved to the area, I was a bit concerned about finding someone to clean and repair the antique rugs I had just acquired that had been in my childhood home for decades. I spoke with Hemad on the phone and could tell he was very knowledgeable and scheduled a pick up. Upon meeting him, his passion for rugs and their history was apparent. Well, let me put it this way. If there was a rating larger than a five, we would have picked it. This company, the beautiful rugs, and the energetic, amiable, customer-oriented Hemad deserve a whole bundle of stars!!! Hemad clearly loves his work and is proud of the products and their sources. We learned so much and enjoyed every minute of our purchase. An excellent choice! We will be back!
