Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest business practices. I have been a customer of this spa for years. Ever since they changed management, it has been an absolute disaster! I’ve been a couple of times since for foot massages with my wife and the ladies working on us were talking with each other and giggling like 12 year old girls. Anything but relaxing!
