Husband purchased me a gift certificate for $100. I am disabled and had been dealing with some medical issues that would not allow me to get massage. Did not know the certificate expired in 6 months. Called 10 days after expiration and was spoken to extremely rudely telling me no, there’s nothing they will do. And was hung up on. I definitely do not recommend going here considering the awful customer service .
I have been getting massages from here for several years and they do a great job. They are always able to schedule me in for an appointment that fits my timeframe. I have had massages from Ruby, Anna and Judy and they have always been nothing but professional and polite. I recommend an hour massage at a minimal and a 90 minute to really work the kinks out. It is a great value even with the tip.
Fantastic experience from start to finish! The team was professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. Everything exceeded my expectations, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
Speaking as a massage therapist and having been here three times let me tell you about my experience. The first time was fine I went with my husband and left feeling better then when I walked in putting aside the fact that my husband's therapist kept answering the phone during our massage. We was banned because pay the tip directly to the masseuse! They said we broke the rules! Rules that we didn’t know! Je je! She was very disrespectful on the phone! And the massage wasn’t even very good!
