The egg rolls are very cabbage heavy. I wish they're was more meat, less cabbage, and that the cabbage was chopped into smaller pieces, but it's good!
I ordered online and got the beef bulgogi, cashew chicken, spring rolls, and a California roll. Unfortunately, the meal was very disappointing. The beef bulgogi was so overcooked and tough that it was like eating old, semi-soft beef jerky. The cashew chicken was mostly celery with very few cashews or chicken, and the fried egg rolls were filled entirely with cabbage. From the service to the food everything was fantastic! i relocated from Chicago and have not really been impressed with Topeka's food scene however this place put faith back in me that there are some gems in Topeka so oriental express keep doing what your doing! my only suggestion is get more spicy options and i mean spicy lol my server will know i didn't catch his name but he was great thank you!
