Oriental Delight Delicious hot fresh Chinese food.The prices are reasonable.The owner is always on the premises.Oriental Delight has been recently renovated and is located in the heart of downtown Dover,N.H. If you are in the mood for Chinese..this restaurant is much better than others in town.
Oriental Garden is good This is not the usaul type of food that I would order but the food was really good. I liked the Sushi and the service was friendly
Great sushi in Dover, NH We stopped to peek into Oriental Delight on Central Ave in Dover (436) and to say we were surprised is an understatement. A large sushi bar with new sushi cases and many bar seats and tables is to the left of the entrance (to the right is the Chinese restaurant area). The cases were stocked with many types of fish. The sushi chef greeted us warmly and immediately offered to answer any questions. Oriental Delight is excellent On a strong recommendation, I brought a group to Oriental garden for the first time July 4th. We were greeted very warmly, and treated to some outstanding sushi. Kevin creates the standard sushi dishes as well as many of his own creations. Andy also has many years experience and creates beautiful dishes. The presentation is gorgeous, the portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. I've been back four times since - I can't help myself! The "Chinese food" is also fantastic. Oriental Garden By far, the best in the area for authentic Japanese plus it has the usual Chinese for the kids, but much better than what you're used to. It blows away all others around, Portsmouth included. The sushi is fresh and presented beautifully, with birds and fish made from fruit and vegetables to make for really pretty dishes. The management is wonderful and very gracious. You HAVE to check it out.
