Cool studio apartments complete with a Murphy bed setup, well maintained, beautiful wood floors, good people in the building, but most importantly the place is looked after by two of the kindest and most responsive landlords I’ve ever had. Great place to live downtown. Thank you!
We have loved living here for the past six months. The owners of the building are delightful, easy to work with, and super responsive when there's any kind of issue, no matter how minor. One of our two window heaters went out and 20 minutes later, the owner brought us a new heater and installed it on the spot. Our apartment itself has been maintained well, everything is in great working condition, we love the massive windows and style of our studio apartment. I absolutely love living here
Loved living here! Zita and Garrett are by far the best landlords I’ve ever had. The apartments are well done and pretty soundproof. Many people live here for years because it’s such a good experience. It’s also the least expensive place to live downtown, but you’re still within walking distance to bars, the Dragon’s stadium and anything else you might want.
