I have loved every single second of living at Oriel Studios, and I have also adored getting to know the owners of this special apartment building. Such a unique living space, and a truly wonderful community of tenants.
Can’t recommend this place enough! I’ve lived here for 10 yrs and am sad to be leaving. The landlords are some of the best people I’ve ever met and very responsive. The building is well maintained, quality of renovating the building was top notch, apartments are well insulated and soundproofing is the best I’ve encountered with apartment living.
Cool studio apartments complete with a Murphy bed setup, well maintained, beautiful wood floors, good people in the building, but most importantly the place is looked after by two of the kindest and most responsive landlords I’ve ever had. Great place to live downtown. Thank you!
We have loved living here for the past six months. The owners of the building are delightful, easy to work with, and super responsive when there's any kind of issue, no matter how minor. One of our two window heaters went out and 20 minutes later, the owner brought us a new heater and installed it on the spot. Our apartment itself has been maintained well, everything is in great working condition, we love the massive windows and style of our studio apartment.
