I’ve had mixed experiences living at The Oriel Apartments. One of the positive aspects is the community—many of the residents are friendly and respectful, which makes day-to-day interactions pleasant. Unfortunately, the constant landscaping and construction around the property makes it extremely difficult to work from home. We lived at Oriel for about 5 years and would highly recommend it! The location is great not too far from downtown and close enough to a grocery store. The tenants are quiet and the bay windows bring in a lot of natural light! Maintenance staff did get slower over the years living here. In the sense that non-essential repairs had slower repair times. However for essential repairs they are quick. I am truly blessed to have landed at the Oriel for 2025 the best summer to have ever scored my own apartment, i am always traveling... and i have never felt better about my future. . after decades of greedy roommates, and horrible town homes and other over priced housing, Oriel has taken care of me when I had nobody else. The ladies of Oriel apartments have definitely saved my life 🙌 and its an honor to be in their presence. Thank you to everyone at Oriel.
