Breathtaking ring custom made at Orianna jewelers she said yes! The ring was made beautifully and got finished early. 100/10 stars on service and experience and the final product was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I went to repair a ring; and on completion it was nice and shiny. Later I noticed no repair was done. So, yes I should have gone back ASAP. But I went with a different company for my repair. One who would understand and complete the repair. I was told that not just the gap in the setting that I knew of but it also had a lifted prong and two cracks. That is more than I knew. I don’t normally do this but I had to share as I’m in tears over Oriannas work. All I can say is faith is beyond what the eyes can see. I walked in soliciting for a piece of jewelry for the Riverview School and beyond getting an amazing donation I began based on personality and extremely comfortable feeling I began to look for myself. Orianna and Aida took the best care of my sister, my future sister in law and I! We first went in for a girls day to try on rings and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. Orianna answered all of our questions and was incredibly knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and catered to in all aspects.
