We had great interactions with Mr. Orgel on a potential rental. He was accommodating with showing my wife the property on short notice due to her being in her 2nd trimester. After the showing, he followed up with us quickly. He sent us a draft of the lease and gave us the opportunity to ask questions and suggest modifications. If it was not for another property closer to our work becoming available, we would have signed the lease with Mr. Orgel without any reservations. A+++ service and professional.

My family and I are new to the San Diego area had the opportunity to work with Mr. Orgel in searching for a home. While viewing one of the available properties, he was thorough in describing the features of the home and even took the time to discuss the pros and cons of neighboring communities. Marty is a pompous and rude agent who lacks not only the depth of character to be an effective property manager, but also lacks the code of ethics. Not trustworthy, not a good-faith professional.

We have been working with Marty for almost 10 years now and it has been as smooth as can be. He helped us find our condo in San Diego, then became our property manager for it when we had to move. He is very reasonable with his cost and very professional. He was able to find renters very fast so we didn't miss a month. We are using him again to manage another property and his diligence and approach got us a renter in less than a month during the off season at the rate we wanted.
