We had great interactions with Mr. Orgel on a potential rental. He was accommodating with showing my wife the property on short notice due to her being in her 2nd trimester. After the showing, he followed up with us quickly. He sent us a draft of the lease and gave us the opportunity to ask questions and suggest modifications. If it was not for another property closer to our work becoming available, we would have signed the lease with Mr. Orgel without any reservations. A+++ service and professional.

My family and I are new to the San Diego area had the opportunity to work with Mr. Orgel in searching for a home. While viewing one of the available properties, he was thorough in describing the features of the home and even took the time to discuss the pros and cons of neighboring communities. All questions we had were answered promptly and professionally. I really liked that he was responsive to both phone calls and emails. Marty is a pompous and rude agent who lacks not only the depth of character to be an effective property manager, but also lacks the code of ethics. Not trustworthy, not a good-faith professional.
