Alex steals from her clients!! Do not go here!! I bought a spa package for my girlfriend for her birthday. My girlfriend said the spa was dirty and that Alex was really clumsy. She got her eye lashes done and used masking tape which is apparently not good. My girlfriend decided to buy some products from her at the end of her spa treatment. His review is as a valid as everyone else thst has complained here , on Yelp, Facebook etc. Alex conned me into not buying the Groupon but to pay her direct - to avoid a bad Groupon review I suspect -and I paid her for lashes and a fill. The fill took 3 HOURS. 3! Total Scam Artist! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This woman puts up fake positive reviews to offset all the terrible ones! Alexandria (the owner) wrote a fake positive review under the name "Megan Turner"- it is obviously her in the profile picture! Like many other people on here, I was scammed and she stole my debit card and charged my card three times before I finally noticed! I went to this spa January 13, 2017 while vacationing with my daughter, and we bought the groupon for 2 facials. Alexandria did a great job with our facials, and it was very relaxing. When finished, I asked her what I owed for the facials, and paid her cash. Then, I purchased several of the products from her, but she said they were out of stock, but she could order them and have them mailed to my home. I have visited this spa a few times over the past year, enticed by the inexpensive groupon deal. Alexandria has been nice enough on these past occasions, which is why I have been so surprised at her attitude following my latest visit.
