Passed by last night and the security guard gave me the biggest attitude for no reason. Claimed that I knew what the process was for membership because he scanned my id and said you've been here 3 times. Last time I was there must have been two years ago so had I no idea what the process was. And also why I called the store 5 minutes before coming to ask if it was for members only and she said sign up at the door for free. Manager came out and basically defended the security guard. The guy who checks IDs is incredibly rude and curses at me every time I go in there, or puts his hands in my face. He is a bully. No one should go to this store. They are terrible people.

I have been to this place three times now and each time I have not had a very good experience. Each time I have been told I need to have a membership, signed and filled out the paperwork and then nothing happens, they scan my ID, take my photo and tell me I am all good. But then the next time I go they give me crap for not having an ID which they never gave me, and no one even explains what the membership is or why you need to have one.
