Absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with! Buyers beware of a tough luck, your money is ours so kick rocks return policy! Never doing business with this company again, I'll drive 1hr+ elsewhere!
Travis is a great guy and uber knowledgeable!!! His Kingston shop is well stocked and his web store has EVERYTHING you may need to dive into hydroponic or aquaponic food production. If you have a few moments while in the Stockade District, check out his very cool spot.
