I had requested discussed needing help in moving or possibly adding a sprinkler head, where the south side if the home was burnt out in the summer. Unfortunately I was told organic couldn't handle the work because they don't work with low flow sprinkler heads. They suggested I reach out to the original installers. I had several sprinkler heads I wanted raised, because I have to run the trimmer over each one so the stream fully clears the grass. They disagreed, and weren't interested in handling the work. Everytime I've called with an issue Organic Warehouse has been very helpful. They even provided a solution over the phone for me to try. Latest issue with 2 zones not shutting down was resolved quickly and they even fixed another head that had been damaged. Outstanding prompt service, great to work with, great job
