Wanted my hair lightened. Had a pre consultation- discussed my desired results. (Including my desire to look natural!) Ended up with orange hair! Red flags on the day i had my colour that I should not have ignored were staff making comments about the colour at the basin, calling in the ‘senior stylist’ to finish the job, adding a second level of ‘toner’ because I wasn’t happy and telling me the colour would look better in natural light, not under their salon lighting even after adding a second dose of toner. After seeing Maria, I always come out of Organic Strands feeling absolutely fabulous. She does amazing colour and precision cutting. I made the fatal mistake of going to another hair dresser (long story) and the cut was so terrible, I couldn't go out in public. Thank goodness Maria was able to not only fix it but get me back to feeling great.
