The young ladies are all very sweet and work so well as a Team … The atmosphere and the love that they place in this salon definitely sets the tone . Starting with the owner Crystal and Amber and Linda very caring in what they do and makes sure that you as a customer feels well … I definitely rate them a 10/10 I have only been Amber Customer for less then 6 months but feels like a lifetime. Very sweet respectful and genuine. I had Mirco Locs install and loves them so …. Give them a try you would love the experience
Always a great experience at 'The Root's.Lindamarie is always on time and a true professional at locs,etc. The vibe is very laid back and chill. Would recommend them to anyone!
The first impression is everything!! I give this studio an A+. Communicating with my stylist Amber for the first time allowed me to make my choice of service ASAP!!! Amber was extremely nice and very informative concerning my style I was searching for. The vibe at the Roots were amazing and Amber customer service made my experience at the Roots a great one!! I will refer family and friends !!!
