Great cleaning but really hard to schedule. It looks 3 months!
ZERO Customer Service. When they don't show up, it's on us. We have to contact them (and yes,, we had guests coming over that night). However, when we have to cancel in the middle of the night because my brother and large family couldn't find a safe place (other than our condo) to escape the raging fires in the Thousand Oaks, they didn't alert the cleaner, who woke up everybody upon entry. BEWARE! Dishonest and terrible company. Sandy claims to be 300+ people. No way. It's a small little business that goes through cleaners every couple weeks. I've never had a worse cleaning job on a house. She refused to rectify. She changes her company address on Google regularly to try to hide from these reviews.
