This is the worst company to have any kind of relationship with. These guys are not professinals. They over bill my mother and the do not answer the phone, they disregard emails sent to them to discontinue and show up and treat my mothers home even when she tells them she dowsn't want the service anymmore??? Their methods of treatment are poor quality as ants keep showing up even after they treat a home. They continue to overbill and they will not respond to any request to communicate with customers. I HIRED BOB, OWNER OF ORGANIC PEST CONTROL LAST MAY,2012. HE CAME OUT TO HELPME WITHMY RAT PROBLEM INMY ROOF. CHARGED ME $575.HE THEN HAD ANEMPLOYEE (WHO IS NOLONGER WITH HIM) COME OUT AND PUT UP 5SMALL PIECESOF MESHAROUND THE HOLES IN THE ROOF AND THEN SAT UP 4(ONLY 4!!!!) MOUSE TRAPS ON THE FLOOROF MY GARAGE. THE TRAPS CAUGHT 3 RATS ANDITTOOK 5 CALLS TO GET HIM OUT HERE TO CLIMB IN THE ATTIC PER HIS AGREEMENT AND DISPOSE OF THE DEAD RATS. I AM NOT ABLE TO GET UP THERE AND DO- HENCE THE REASON TO PAY HIMHIS RATE OF $575!! B... read more
