I do not recommend this business to anyone, she did my retie and I ended up with a lot of holes in my locs, when I asked her to repair it she got very defensive and mad. I also asked her if she does loc extensions then her answer was extremely rude and disrespectful and she then decided to drop me as a customer after messing up my locs. Stay away from her she’s bipolar.

I love being a client at O.P.A.L.! Mariam’s talented hands have transformed my hair (and enhanced my life!) over the last four years since she established my locs. I’ve enjoyed every part of the journey because she always guided me through the process of healthy, beautiful hair. The atmosphere at OPAL is calm and artistic, which is a great reflection of Mariam herself. I included pics of her starting my locs in June 2020 and a June pic every year since then. Thanks for being the amazing, talented professional that you are!
