I visited both locations and unfortunately had uncomfortable experiences at each. At the first location, I arrived five minutes early for my appointment, but the first thing I was told was, “We called you three times and you didn’t answer,” in an unnecessarily accusatory tone. I had Hana as my technician! My nails look perfect! She was very kind. I will go back.
