Kim gave me a wonderful hot stone massage and pedi!! My toes look Oh So Cute!!! Then Lana took the Pinterest pic of "Mother's Day" motif nails and did an IMPECCABLE JOB of duplicating it PERFECTLY!! First time here. I am absolutely in the with the environment so upbeat and just amazing people. 10/10 recommend.
I had a very disappointing experience here and will not be returning. This salon is extremely busy, but instead of that translating into quality, it feels like they prioritize volume over proper service. There is a constant rush, high turnover, and you do not receive undivided attention as a client. Everything felt chaotic and overwhelming. During my visit, the nail tech literally walked off in the middle of doing my nails and handed me off to someone else.
