I hadn’t been to this salon before, but needed gel removal and an Organic Manicure last minute before a business trip, and chose this location based on its good reviews. The Saturday appointment was easy to book online. Unfortunately, the polish I received was uneven, cracking, and chipped less than 1 day later despite having done no activity to cause this. There’s a no refunds policy and I was no longer in town for a re-do, so I brought it to their attention with an email and photos. No acknowledgement after 3+ weeks.
Service was great. We loved our nails
Na is a wonderful lady and nail tech, Very relaxing. Almost fell asleep in the chair 🤣🤣🤣
Lin and Anthony were amazing this has been the best spa treatment I came in 30 min before closing and they were not rude or rushing they took their time took good care of me and I left so relaxed. I will definitely come back so worth it.
