I should put a 0 star!!! My 3rd time to this place. Last month a gel filling by Holy, it was great! 3 weeks later a pedicure by Lili, it was great! Today, it was the worst experience in a nail salon in my life! When I called for the appointment 2 days ago, one of the Vietnamese ladies talked to me. I told her I'll do a gel filling. I asked for Lili not remembering that Holy had done the gel filling last time. Terrible service. I had an appt at 11. They bumped me because someone else is late and so they helped the other person. All without telling me. No consideration.

I had an excellent experience at this nail salon. The technicians were skilled, attentive, and very detail-oriented. The salon was clean and relaxing. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality nail care.

I am so glad these amazing people have taken over this salon and it’s under their new management! Amy, Veronica, Thalia, Holly and the team are incredible. Not only are they professional and extremely skilled but they are also so sweet, kind and welcoming. In particular, the Gel X services are incredible and I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done! From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave it’s wonderful. It’s a family business with all the professional touches you could want in a nail salon.
