I just wanted a simple french manicure. After 3 days it started chipping. After two more weeks, my nails are so bad, I wanted to take the remaining polish off. Come to find out. You cannot remove it. Apparently she gave me gel. Now i'm really not happy. I did not ask for gel. Nor did I want gel. She did not ask me what I wanted. Went at 6 when I got off because it said they closed at 7 and they were already closed. Both signs on door still say 7!
I just moved here and was looking for a shop to get my nails done consistently. I get a clear polish on my nails and white shellac on my toes. She started with my toes and was so rough I said ow multiple times. I told her I wanted my cuticles cleaned up and completely ignored me. My simple nail request turned out terrible.
