This place was awful. To begin with, our nail tech didn’t even ask what color we wanted our nail design. We asked for a French tip & flower and by the time we realized what she was doing it was a bright orange flower on a white French tip pedicure. She tried to go over it with black but now it looks like a neon mess. When I asked for the gel x nails she placed one nail crooked and denied that it was crooked. They also charged a gel removal fee when neither my hands or toes had gel on them. A complete rip off. Save your money... read more
This was my second time getting dips- I had a great experience the first time that’s why I’m giving two stars!! The nail technician was a male and VERY friendly! Today however, I saw Jennifer and although she took her time and did a VERY beautiful job, when I was getting my pedicure done afterwards, I noticed both thumb nails looked a little bit stumpy and that the dip powder didn’t go all the way to the cuticle like my other nails- plus my cuticles on my thumb nails were a little thick and dry so I rubbed them a bit with so... read more
In all fairness I walked in and was going to come back another time. However, the manager said it would only be 5-10 minutes for service. I decided to wait. However, after waiting 10 minutes being ignored in a chair that didn’t work, I ended up leaving anyway. Considering the mixed reviews and the one complaining of fungus, it was the right choice.
So far I have come into the salon and have had 3 different girls to give me a manicure and or pedicure! They are so supurb and so excellent in their skills and those sweet girls so am to please their clients! I have seen Kathleen, Luna and Cassie and I was in such good care! I love going into this salon and knowing I am going to have the utmost care and beautiful manicures and pedicures! They are such a great experience and such a great salon! I couldn't ask for anything more!
