I’ve came here a couple of times with no issues usually walk out happy. Went today but won’t go back, my nail tech filed my nails so hard that she made my fingers bleed, I told her she hurt me a she said sorry. Then she asked 3 times if I wanted chrome, I told her no not this time, maybe in the future. She ended up putting chrome on my nails anyways, then proceeded to charge me for it. Would give zero stars. I was double charged in January and have still not been given a refund. Showed my bank statement and gave them proof. Allen said he’d call me back 3 times and Henry gave me his number and I have heard nothing.

I dropped off my sister, Vivian, to get her nails done with a simple “Deep” style using her natural nails. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The male technician assisting her was extremely impatient and unprofessional when dealing with customers.
