I’ve been to this place multiple times before but this experience was awful. I went for a manicure and pedicure. My nails weren’t shaped correctly, didn’t paint them to the edge of my nails, and the polish application was lumpy. She also made me bleed and didn’t even acknowledge it until I called it out - barely an apology. Also, it’s been less than 24 hours and a nail has already chipped. I normally pay $45 for pedicures at Organic Nails as I’ve been coming here since 2024. However, this set was $65 due to the “chrome”, which is very highly priced considering this is not what I asked for and the final result doesn’t even look like I have polish on my toes from afar. I’m currently 8 months pregnant and it took the very lovely and kind nail technician an hour to complete this pedicure.
