I came in for a manicure at Organic Nail Lounge & Spa and had a pleasant experience. The technician was gentle, shaped the nails neatly, and applied the polish evenly. The atmosphere was calm, and everything felt unhurried. A simple, well-done manicure that left my hands looking clean and polished.

This was my go to nail place BEN was my nail tech and ever since he left the new lady taking his sopt has disappointed me twice and both times I told her what was wrong but she dosnt care She is ruff and rude and always skips out on the hand massage I thought I'd give her another chance but nope today again she was the exact same Very disappointed
I had my nails done a few weeks ago here and then reason I'm posting now is because I had them taken off and my nail tech I normally go too was absolutely shocked at the quality of their product. My nails were SO damaged from their cheap toxic product, it was gooey and NOT real acrylic.
