Searched up a salon nearby since I moved from corona and I thought this place would be great after reading all the good reviews.. I needed a soak off and a gel manicure. The lady DID NOT remove all the acrylic off and still left them on after I asked her to please remove the whole thing since I was getting a manicure.. this girrlll. I have come here several times for pedicures manicures . Every time I’ve come my gel polish comes off my toes and nails with in a day or two. I have never had this experience with any other nail salon when it came to geI polish. Also I like to get designs or gems. I had my nails done here yesterday and both gems are already gone. The staff here is rude if you call or try to discuss any issues with them and actually hung up on me when trying to explain my dissatisfaction. Awful experience on more than one occasion. First time I went they did acrylic nails and they nail were falling off in less than 5 days and had horrible shape. Asked them to fix them while I was still there and just kept getting worse. Went today to try to give them another chance because all I needed was a basic manicure. She told me my manicure would be $35. Got a couple small designs and she charged me $70 !! When I questioned her she told me “not to get my nails done if I can’t afford it”!
