It is always is beautiful and inviting, a testament to how much the owners care about their customers’ experience. Their team is also wonderful and caring no matter your age. Extremely rude nail techs! A man that works there cut me with a nail bit and said he didn’t care because it wasn’t him getting cut. Unacceptable and disgusting do not go here.
I got a pedicure early last year, the experience was nice. The last two times I’ve tried to go and get my nails done were awful. No greeting, felt rushed to know exactly what I wanted and they had no desire to explain their services or direct me properly to achieve the look I wanted, two ladies of a different background and someone on the phone were assisted with no hesitation even though one came in after me. Positively the best! I’ve been regularly coming to organic (with my girl Joann) for almost three years and I’ve never left feeling anything other than wonderful. They are the best!
