Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a nail salon. The Owner and Manager‘s are consistently “entitled“ and rude – even to loyal customers. NOTE: The amount of hypocrisy in the messages they respond to reviews on here is incredible. They consistently use the terminology that they “value loyalty“ – yet again, if you dare to cancel an appointment (respectfully, with communication), their way of handling, it will be to punish you. So yesterday I went to get a pedicure with my daughter. The lady who works the front desk was very kind and helpful while the ladies who did our pedicures were polite and professional. About forty minutes into our session, I noticed a tall, caucasian man (who I assume owns the nail salon) come into the establishment and harass the front desk lady and put his hands on her and spoke disrespectfully towards her.
