So yesterday I went to get a pedicure with my daughter. The lady who works the front desk was very kind and helpful while the ladies who did our pedicures were polite and professional. About forty minutes into our session, I noticed a tall, caucasian man (who I assume owns the nail salon) come into the establishment and harass the front desk lady and put his hands on her and spoke disrespectfully towards her. I haven't been to Organic Nail House in a while, but I remember always liking them, which is why this experience was honestly so disappointing. I went in for a regular pedicure and immediately regretted it. The staff seemed to be rushing through the service and it genuinely felt like they didn’t care about the quality of the work being done. Been coming to Organic Nail house for at least 4-5 years here and there since I don’t do my nails very often but never had any issues until now. I was present when they fired the receptionist who always made the experience were very pleasant and was on top of making sure you had a great experience whereas the new one now lacks customer service skills. They don’t make places like this anymore- ones where the nail technicians pamper you, attend to your ever need, whisk you off your feet and put a warm, cozy neck warmer gently on your shoulders, seat you in a massage chair, and get to work making you look gorgeous.
