Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a nail salon. The Owner and Manager‘s are consistently “entitled“ and rude – even to loyal customers. NOTE: The amount of hypocrisy in the messages they respond to reviews on here is incredible. They consistently use the terminology that they “value loyalty“ – yet again, if you dare to cancel an appointment (respectfully, with communication), their way of handling, it will be to punish you.
