Absolutely worst service today. Moon purposefully charged me to cut down my nails. I have going here for years and not once did I pay $5 for my nails to be cut down. Kiara was the best! I love going to her for my dip nails. This was a review I did years ago when I went and Kiara and Ping did wonderful job for my nails. Both have now left and I had a lady name Moon today. She overcharged me because I always paid $50 for my biogel refill. Even if I broke one nail, Ping would fix it for free. Today Moon charged me $5 to cut dow... read more

I would never recommend Organic Nail Bar. Over the course of nearly a year, I went to Organic Nail Bar every month. I’ve been to both locations on Queen Street and a few different nail techs. Although my nails would often end up lifting, I continued to return due to the convenience. In one of my most recent visit, not only did I get a bacterial infection from the lifting in one of my nails causing my nail to turn green but I received very poor customer service. Incredibly rude staff who physically use their hands to shoo you away instead of politely communicating with words.

I've been getting good service for many years but today the receptionist was so rude to me that I left before getting my manicure/pedicure. Shame on you. I'm very upset and disappointed.
