I've been getting good service for many years but today the receptionist was so rude to me that I left before getting my manicure/pedicure. Shame on you. I'm very upset and disappointed.
My shellac pedicure took almost 2 hours... I used to frequent the Bathurst locations pretty often for a couple of years when I used to work downtown and they would finish it in around 30 minutes. I was closer to this location today for an event so I searched up which Organic Nail Bars were closest to me (because I trusted their work is quality and efficient) and decided to go here. Always a wonderful experience at the Organic Nail Bar - Blue Jays location. Tracy does a professional job, and I don't get a nail dip anywhere else!
