Had an appointment. Arrived early and got told they were busy by a young rude lady. This was my second time to go there as I just moved back here. I guess don’t arrive early and you’ll get good service. I don’t need the attitude so I left and Star Nails got me right in. Customer service means something. Don’t be rude to people coming for services at your business.
Me and my friend went for pedicures and sets of acrylics. They we uncaring during our pedicures and don’t even get me started on our nails. My friend asked for false nails he literally told her no and did her natural nails and cut them super short they looked like stubs when she went to get her pedi done the ladies working over there made fun of her for them!
