Tim is always great and very detail.
I've been going here for years now and I'm used to the original owners of the shop. Ever since they left the shop hasn't been the same. Today when it came to the hot towel it was extremely hot I felt like I got 3rd degree burns. Poor older lady next to me was asked if her towel was hot as well and she chuckled in almost a sarcastic way and said yes. Definitely a red flag.
Very good service, they always attend to me with kindness and very fast. The only thing they should do better is the massage when doing the pedicure of the feet.
