Alysa has a thoughtful understanding of the body and how its many parts interact, from head to toe, incorporating breathwork and energy work into integrative massage. Alysa was respectful about what I wanted and didn't want. Alysa is switching focus to different modalities and is no longer offering massage, yet I still found it beneficial to go in for this one-off session.
Alysa is excellent. I am so happy to hear that she is adding breath work to her practice. I had an excellent experience.

Alysa is very thoughtful and patiently takes the time to get to know you and your specific needs. She will also take the time to ground you afterwards (which I needed because my body was SO relaxed).
