I have been going to this hair salon for almost a year. My hair stylist Magdalena is amazing, she is very professional, skilled, gives her honest opinion and goes over and above what most hairdressers do. I only go to this salon because of her - would highly recommend Magdalena. This salon is lucky to have her. The other people who worth there are wonderful too - very polite and courteous.
Nanoplasty Floractive RUINED my hair I am now balding. Owner refused ANY refund after paying 700+ total for a month of conditioning treatment prior to nanoplasty as they requested. The treatment didn’t work on half my hair I was then asked to do it again in the same week which did not work and further burnt my hair. Even the straighter part is so ROUGH, made my hair crispy and snapping off everytime I touch my hair. 10/10 just for the staff CHANTAL is a very experienced trichologist, she’s absolutely lovely. The Floractive nanoplasty damaged my hair but the staff are truly the best. Chantal helped me so much to revive my hair, gave me tips for the future and showed me so much kindness. All the staff there are kind, well spoken and knowledgable. Skye, Magdalina and Victoria are all amazing at their job & all of them worked on my hair to support me. Great teamwork. Thank you , I really appreciate your efforts.
Toxic mould and dust in all the place. I had asthma flare up and attack and had to take ventolin and leave right away. The store manager told Me " I dont charge you the cancellation if you donr post any review online". Fyi I have voice record evidence of this as for My protection due to the person not listening previously to the serious issues. Not a clean place. Nsw and Syd have to upgrade certainly. Chanelle boutique is spotless fyi, so there is possibility to have clean spaces here too, and they have carpet, maintained. I... read more
