I called and made an appointment with someone who via phone initially gave me a bad vibe; not very good energy coming across the phone line. I knew a week prior, that I was going to be unable to make the appointment. I called; emailed and texted to cancel (one week prior to my scheduled appointment) to no avail. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Noris who works from HOME not a salon, requested a $70 deposit for the appt., which not even salons do but i sent it and a day before our appt it occurred to ask/confirm if she had WIFI because i need to connect my work laptop and because she didn't have any i courteously requested my $70 deposit back and was declined. lesson learned - STICK TO REAL HAIR SALONS! WHO DOES NOT HAVE WIFI IN 2021??????????

I absolutely love this place. My mom found her on Instagram and her technique completely changed my perception of balayages. My hair is a very dark brown, almost black, and I’ve been to about 4 places prior to coming here and no one could get my hair the right color blonde. She totally nailed it and left my hair intact with no orange tones. I was completely shocked and satisfied with how my hair turned out. Haven’t gone anywhere else since!
