I discovered their gluten free vegan cakes at Arbor Farms in Ann Arbor. Their carrot cake is absolutely phenomenal! I've eaten at the actual deli in Toledo, as well, and their sandwiches, sides and smoothies are awesome. It's hard to find healthy affordable food that's so delicious!
it was great to find a bakery that everything was gluten free. my daughter had a birthday 2 days prior and she had no birthday sweets as where we live , we can't find anything decent gluten free. everything tasted good and it's been so long since she had a cinnamon roll. these celiac people love your bakery
