What an unprofessional salon, 1st time client, I scheduled an appointment last week, confirmed with price and texts, I show up today for my appointment, and they tell me the one that is suppose to do my hair isn't even at work today ! They couldn't even bother to call me to cancel before I showed up today, and then it was like no big deal whatsoever to them, worst customer service!

My daughter had a Keratin treatment with Belinda. She did an amazing job, and also spend time educating my daughter on how to properly care for her hair The salon is beautiful and clean. Also had my nails done by TJ. Amazing and sweet nail artist !! I recommend both Belinda and Tj

Belinda stood me up for my appointment and her Groupon includes false advertising. I purchased an all-over color and she said it was only a root touch-up. She obviously does not know how to run a business since she forgot about my appointment and didn't even call to let me know. I waited over an hour and then I had to text HER!

I have been trying to use this Groupon since June 2023. Twice I have made appointments and last minute I get a text from Belinda to reschedule. I looked forward to both of these appointments, one in June and one today Sep 13th, and was very disappointed that she’s cancelled last minute saying her mother is sick . Has anyone else experienced this? I requested a refund from Groupon and would not recommend this company

Received a keratin treatment with Samantha. Arguably the best keratin I’ve ever had. I’m super pleased with the results and the service Samantha provided. I will be booking another one in 4-6 months. Highly recommended.
