For a door company you would think they know doors! Wrong! If you support mediocrity you’ll love this company
I don’t even know what to say I’m in disbelief with my experience
This company took a work order for a custom front door from me in December. They then shipped the wrong product to my job site. The door was sent back for correction. 6 weeks later they decide to inform me the original order could not be processed. It took over 12 weeks for this company to tell me any correct information. Meanwhile my client suffers along with my reputation as a business owner. This company is a waste of time.
