Had high hopes. Haircut, not even close with 10 pictures. At the register l was quoted $35.00 since no shampoo needed and my hair was "pouffier" than she thought - in other words, she knew her cut was bad. I said l was glad this wasn't a 45 or 50.00 cut. She processed my CC and then she rushed off. I left with no receipt and l left no tip - l was angry and upset with the cut. It was that bad. The next day $50.00 posted to my account! I think I found my new salon! Miriam was so kind and welcoming, I went to a different salon and got a not so good haircut. I called and Miriam got me in the same day and gave me a beautiful haircut and style. I will definitely be back!
Courtney is a gifted stylist and a lovely human to chat with as she works! My hair is easily manageable afterwards and I'm so grateful that she enables that to happen!
