They failed to cover my septic pump under their warranty. The pump failed in less than 3 years after installation by a professional. I've reached out to the State's Office of Attorney General for help. This seems to be a very common issue with this company and I highly recommend those having the similar issues do the same.
This is the WORST option to go with on a septic system. In fact, we are working on a class action lawsuit against them
I would not recommend Orenco systems. When things go wrong and they will, good luck finding anyone that can work on these systems. Terrible waste of money
Horrible garbage product and maintenance nightmare! Greedy, crooked company IMO. 30K or 40K for an inferior product and crappy service? Pun intended. They seem to have a stranglehold on county permit departments. I wonder why? Why is only one product available? No competition allowed in certain counties, including Gila County, Arizona. Crooked, crooked, crooked!
Stay away from this system. Very limited certified techs that will actually even work on this product. Very very bad. Read the reviews
