went to book a new patient appointment only to learn that he will only allow you to book if you pay 3k for a concierge fee. even if you already pay for insurance. if you're not able to do this I would find another doctor.
I am extremely disappointed with how this transition was handled. After many years as a patient of Dr. Zebaida, I was never notified that he moved to a new practice on April 6th. Instead, I suddenly found myself redirected into a new “membership‑based” model that requires an additional fee just to see my doctor — on top of my insurance deductible and copays. Excellent doctor, thank you for taking care of me. Here in recent weeks, I've been trying to contact your staff about the results from my MRI, to no avail, they won't return or answer the phone 😕 😢
He has been my doctor for over 18 years now, and I am continually impressed at how thoughtful, thorough, caring, and smart he is. My husband also thinks he is the best, and we are both doctors ourselves. I have referred many of my patients' parents to him, and they always report good experiences as well! We are both extremely sad that this practice is closing! Wishing Dr Zebaida only continued great success in the future!
