sold some old and broken gold jewelry at Oren Cash for Gold (Oren is Better) on Steeprock Drive in North York. It was the best experience I’ve had selling gold in Toronto. Other places gave me lower offers. Oren was different. The staff were friendly and honest. They tested my gold in front of me, explained everything clearly, and paid me more than the other places. No pressure. Fast and easy. I got cash on the spot. Fair price, good service, and trustworthy. I’ll go back.
I went here today and got $100 for a pair of skates and shoes that I had owned for over a year so I am more than satisfied!
WARNING!! Thieves!! Don’t trust this store! I was given less than half the proper rate for a piece. No paperwork or receipt. The old man working in the evening pretty much tossed 600 and said “here take this.” I was in a spot with family emergency and didn’t have time to do my due diligence and research but he pretty much stole half the value of the gold jewelry I brought in.
