I think it's funny that all of Chris Nichols' google ratings are not by customers, but by other realtors in his network. My personal experience with him when he was showing townhomes near sleepy ridge is that he wasn't interested in what my wife and I were looking for and seemed impatient in answering our questions. He did mention a couple times how he was about to be the president of UCAR. Congratulations Chris. We bought a home somewhere else.
