I am severely claustrophobic and was really worried about having an MRI. It was on my knee so I went in feet first and my head and arms were able to stick out and so I actually felt really comfortable. The machine is not like the tubes you often see, and has a lot of room on your right and left side. Really easy and comfortable for someone really claustrophobic, at least for this situation!
Love that I found this place in 2018 after doing semi annual MRIs at the hospital since 2012. Great staff, prefer this mri machine.
This place needs to get scheduling correct. Wife went last week, waited 4 hours! They did half the scan and then made her wait again. Then she ran out of time and they rescheduled for today. She shows up and they say sorry your not on the schedule! She was on it yesterday and someone just canceled her scan!!!!! Now they are saying they don't know how this happened. Absolutely ridiculous.
Orem Imaging Center succeeded in taking care of me! Friendly, kind staff took the edge off of my nerves as I prepared for imaging. Technician, James M. brilliantly created a relaxing and comfortable space for my MRI. Outstanding professional service!
