Waste of tax payer dollars renovating that place. Parking is horrible, the place is tiny, and there are better pools in people backyards.

Family friendly and always clean. They're very accommodating with special needs. I appreciate that the most.
DON'T TRUST THEIR CANCELLATION PROCESS. Got on my account on Sept 9 to cancel my membership. The website told me it completed. Then I got charged again in October. When I called in they said the form didn't submit until October 1 and they need 20 days to cancel. I DID NOT CANCEL ON OCT. 1. They don't send an email confirmation when you cancel either. I was told unless I could prove I cancelled on Sept 9 that they would not refund my money. Who takes a screen shot of that. You expect to trust the business and that they would ... read more
