I just got back home, THe DOCTOR MICHAEL the brunette one was absolutely horrible. I came in cause I fell down the stairs and hurted my foot and toe and I couldn't walk and i live like across the street, I been here a couple times and it was great but this experience was horrible, he was so dismissive and rolled his eyes, like he has no compassion, I know my injury wasnt that bad but I expect to be treated with respect not like a robot, he came in with the most horrible attitude and then look at the x-rays and didn't even ga... read more
Both my partner and I have been patients at this ER several times, and every visit has been a positive experience. The staff have always been caring, attentive, and professional, even during busy and stressful situations. Being in the emergency room is never something anyone looks forward to, but the team here consistently goes above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable, heard, and well cared for. We’ve been here on several occasions for injuries and illnesses, and each time we’ve had the pleasure of being cared for by Jim. He is, without a doubt, the best nurse we’ve encountered anywhere. He’s efficient, thorough, kind, patient, and enthusiastic with our kids, always finding ways to make them feel comfortable—even bringing out bubbles to help put them at ease. We’re truly grateful for the care we receive here and thankful for nurses like Jim who make such a difference. Thank you!
Dr. Royall, Nurse Demi, and Nate the Ultrasound Tech along with all of the other staff at this Emergency room are seriously some of the most angelic people. Tonight was one of the most stressful and emotional nights of my life, and they knew just what to say. I can’t stress enough how phenomenal these people are. Thank you guys so much!
