We’ve been here on several occasions for injuries and illnesses, and each time we’ve had the pleasure of being cared for by Jim. He is, without a doubt, the best nurse we’ve encountered anywhere. He’s efficient, thorough, kind, patient, and enthusiastic with our kids, always finding ways to make them feel comfortable—even bringing out bubbles to help put them at ease. We’re truly grateful for the care we receive here and thankful for nurses like Jim who make such a difference. Thank you!
Dr. Royall, Nurse Demi, and Nate the Ultrasound Tech along with all of the other staff at this Emergency room are seriously some of the most angelic people. Tonight was one of the most stressful and emotional nights of my life, and they knew just what to say. I can’t stress enough how phenomenal these people are. Thank you guys so much!
My husband and I are traveling and he was having severe leg pain so we checked in. 1st class care from the beginning to end. He had an ultrasound and the Doctor knew exactly the problem and prescribed medication. Wonderful treatment by the staff. Best ER experience ever! Would highly recommend this ER.
