I went in twice to have them rebuild my starter. My mechanic sent me in there because that is who he uses. I went in and told them exactly what was going on with the starter and they said he didn't know what he was talking about. I took it to another mechanic and was told the exact same thing. The guy I spoke to was condescending, arrogant and very rude. When he asked me what he wanted me to do, I said to rebuild my starter. I could do it myself but don't have the time.
