The technician was exactly on time for the appointment and immediately set to work. He had a machine that he set up in my kitchen and went outside to clean the vents. He had me close the windows so dust wouldn’t go into my house. He was patient with my cats as I had to put them in a bedroom. The cleaning was done quickly and he reported on the status of my vents. Overall I am very pleased with the service and will continue to use them and recommend them to my family and friends.
It was the time of year to get our dryer vent cleaned out so I decided to call them since they are close by. They did an outstanding job cleaning our whole system; they even took the time to put everything back in place and clean after themselves. The amount of dust in our home has reduced and the air feels fresh now.
